Returns and Refunds

Rudra Home functions as a showcase catalog. All purchases discovered through this site are processed and finalized on third-party e-commerce marketplaces (such as Amazon or Flipkart).

1. Marketplace Policies Apply

Because your order was completed on Amazon or Flipkart, your purchase is subject to the return, refund, and replacement policies of that specific e-commerce platform. The eligibility rules, return windows (e.g. 7-day or 10-day replacement policies), and refund methods are determined and governed entirely by the marketplace.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To return a product or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the marketplace where you purchased the item (Amazon.in or Flipkart.com).
  2. Navigate to your **Orders** history.
  3. Select your Rudra Home product order and click **Return/Replace Item**.
  4. Follow the marketplace instructions to choose a reason, schedule a reverse pickup, and print return labels.

3. Direct Customer Support

While refund disbursements and reverse logistics are managed by the marketplace, we care deeply about your experience. If you receive a product with a craftsmanship defect or have questions about our furnishings, feel free to contact us at 01rudrahome@gmail.com with your marketplace Order ID, and we will do our best to guide you through the process.
